What is your cancellation policy?
We certainly undersand that things happen. But our cleaners rely on a full schedule so if for some reason we are "locked" out of the home when we arrive we normally charge a $50 lockout fee. This fee goes 100% to the cleaners for their time. So for groupon users this will essential lead to the loss of your groupon coupon. For the same reason we also require a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice this will also, unfortunately lead to a loss of your groupon coupon.
What does the Groupon Coupon include?
We will clean 3 rooms in your home. Please remember that even in open floor plan, apartments or lofts, each area of your house has a distinct name. If it has a name then it is considered a room. At the time of your scheduling you can choose to add additional rooms for the groupon rate of $15 per room plus tax. We will require a credit card to schedule the additional rooms and please remember there will be a separate charge for these rooms.
How do I schedule?
Due to the overwhelming response we predict our phone will ring off the hook for the first 4 weeks! Needless to say this can be a little frustrating for scheduling. So please go to our Groupon Form and submit it to us. We will process each submission in order so that guarantees you a spot in line! Please allow at least 48 hours or longer for us to get back with you. We will be working hard to process all requests as quickly as possible. We also begin scheduling cleans 2 weeks out from the end of the Groupon. As the schedule fills up the date will increase. Scheduling is based on availability! But dont worry you have up to 6 months to use the Coupon!
What kind of cleaning can I expect?
We will thoroughly clean 3 areas of your home. Click on this checklist of the services provided.
What do I need to do before you come to clean?
If you have excessive clutter it would be best to box it up or move it to an area not being cleaned. The cleaners will focus on areas they can reach. To get a good deep down clean they will need access to countertops, floors and table tops.
Do you provide all the equipment?
Yes! We provide all the equipment. We carry some of the most advanced cleaning tools in the business including: Dry Steam Vapor cleaner, Proteam Vacuums, microfiber cleaning cloths. All we need is a home to clean.
Anything else?
We want to make sure we meet your expectation for the clean. Please keep in mind on this normal clean we dont move furniture or large appliances. The cleaners can only move something less than 20 lbs. Also, they dust or wipe bookshelves. If you need everything on a shelf or counter removed cleaned and replaced it will take extra time and may have an extra charge. Cleaning inside of ovens, refrigerators or windows is also extra and not included in the cleaning.
Should I tip?
It’s up to you, but the cleaner would appreciate it very much!
